Gator Days

Well I am currently working on an Alligator costume for a car dealership in New Bern North Carolina. It should look pretty cool when it’s done so I will post up some photos of it as I get them. I am building it out of L200 foam for those of you who know what that it. For those who don't it’s very cool water proof micro cell foam. Comes in white or grey usually and is glued just the way regular foam is although you can heat seal this as well. Its very cool stuff when ever I make puppets that have to get wet like in the ocean or what not I try to make as much of them out of this stuff as possible so they will take the abuse better. It’s not cheap though about 65 buck's a sheet, but a good investment when building large characters or puppets that need the extra support.
